If you would have bothered to read the story, you would have understood that the girl falsely accused the two guys of rape.

The Iran paper quotes the girl, as confessing: "I trusted one of these young men, whom I got to know by phone, and went to his place. "But because he betrayed me, I filed the case against him and his friend out of revenge."

The males are getting forty and thirty lashes respectively for having illicit sex, the female is getting one hundred lashes for false accusation and illicit sex.

I don't agree with the sentence for banging each other, but the punishment for false accusation sits with me just fine.
