...This really encourages people to shoot first and ask questions later.''This DemocRAT talks about valuing human life, but is a pro-abortion and soft-on-crime liberal.

"Will spawn vigilante justice..."
That's what they said years ago of Florida's groundbreaking concealed weapons law.

I love the deer hunting analogy--LOL! Yeah--like deer hunters don't hear other hunters shooting without thinking someone is shooting at them.

When one of those demonrats get a gun put in their face, and live to tell about it then come talk to me and let me know if they feel the same way about the retreat obligation. There is no F***ing guarantee that one will walk away unharmed! The proof is in the pudding that these criminals will stop their behavior the instant they realize they don't have the advantage.
IDIOTS!

``We're going to extend this right to people in the street.''Er ... uh ... excuse me?
Will someone tell this Dimocrat lawyer that he has no authority to "extend, or not extend" rights given by our Creator?

For example: A deer hunter sitting on a tree hears a shot in his direction and thinks another hunter is aiming at him. In a fit of rage, ''he blows the other hunter away and is immune from criminal prosecution,'' Seiler said.Oh come on. That whole scenario is absolutely ridiculous.

At least this way there is something on paper to define.

What's wrong with vigilante justice, so long as the vigilance committee strings up (or shoots) the right varmints?

Geez! Am I the only one sick of watching the politiwhores spend their time (and our money) codifying absolute rights? You're right, what they should be doing is removing sovereign immunity from DA's who are intent on prosecuting acts of self-defense.

"The proposals, unanimously approved by two House and Senate committees Wednesday, would expand the common law doctrine of ''your home is your castle'' -- which now gives people the right to use force against a home intruder -- by allowing them to shoot to kill and face no fear of prosecution."![](http://webpages.charter.net/aircover/USAflag.gif)
Now that's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

"For example: A deer hunter sitting on a tree hears a shot in his direction and thinks another hunter is aiming at him. In a fit of rage, ''he blows the other hunter away and is immune from criminal prosecution,'' Seiler said." It's quite clear this idiot has never been deer hunting, or hunting in general.('hunts' with Kerry) I guess he never considers the criminal walking around the street armed and dangerous. They don't worry about any laws... well they will worry about this one.
