The woman bought some beer on the way home and shared it with her daughter (whose age we dont know yet).
So shoot the poor girl why dont we?
This is stupid.
A parent should have the right to allow their own children to drink alchohol if they want and the state and a bunch of self-righteous know-it-damn-alls should go pound sand.

They were not "on the way home". it was Saturday night before they sang at a church on Sunday.
It was not just her daughter but 3 other students as well.
