Absolutely! And we ought not call what they do as "sex", for it isn't. It's a 'degrading penetration' of the body for reasons that are, fundamentally, at crosspurposes with the design and purpose of the human body.
I heard a doctor on the radio explain how male/male sex is unhealthy for many physical reasons. I can't describe the physiology of it, but he explained how the rectum is not suited to receiving a male penis. It is meant to expel excriment from the body. He also explained that male sex drive combined with another male sex drive equals disaster as far as disease is concerned.
