Twice is a big jump. Opportunity has opened the door. These people are dying and suddenly in much greater need of help out the door, I mean more pain meds, than before.

My first reaction to seeing something like this would be that someone pro-euth skewed the study, not that legions of patients suddenly got suicide sugarplums dancing in their heads just because it became a little easier.
