But IIRC Felos et al. just did a "document dump" on the Schindler's lawyer, probably figuring there'd be no way he'd sort through boxes of unsorted papers in time to make any difference. I think he got too cocky. Do you think that this just might be the place where the DCF entered the picture? A result of those papers?
