Removing it wouldn't require special surgery, probably. There are some that are "stitched" inside, that would require going down with a scope and removing the stitches.

But I suspect this is just a g-tube that any nurse could remove. I can't imagine a nurse doing it in a situation like this...I guess there might be some, but I couldn't live with myself.

Just simple surgery. They obviously have the tube sutured in. When they removed it last time, they took her to a hospital to do it and then when they were required to RE-INSERT it, they took her back to the hospital.
