Teacher's lawyer enters innocence pleas for her

The attorney for a former Warren County teacher entered innocence pleas for her today to charges she had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy.

Lawyer Peter Strianse entered the pleas for 27-year-old Pamela Turner, who wasn't in the McMinnville courtroom.

District Attorney General Dale Potter says he and Strianse have discussed a possible plea bargain. Circuit Court Judge Larry Stanley Junior set a May 25th deadline for an agreement.

The indictment says Turner "had supervisory or disciplinary power over the victim" at the time of the offenses.

Prosecutors say Turner engaged in a three-month affair with the boy and lived with his family for a short time while moving from one home to another.

Turner resigned from her job at Centertown Elementary School when an indictment was returned, charging her with 15 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and 13 counts of statutory rape.

What is up with all of these female teachers having sex with 12, 13, and 14 year old students? Maybe this has always been a problem but is just in the news more now, but it seems like an epidemic. Are there just more disturbed, selfish, idiotic teachers now then there used to be?

Oh the horror, that poor 13 year old boy. Let`s see, 20,000 times. Yes, I believe that is the correct amount of times. 20,000 times per night I use to pray to God that my teacher would "abuse" me when I was that age.

Molested? How about healed? When I first entered puberty I went completely insane with lust, so much so that my grades suffered and I couldn`t sleep. I don`t know, maybe boys are different in that regard when it comes to puberty, but I literally use to pray all night for a woman. I remember it cleear as day! "God if you give me this I will never ask for anything from you again for as long as I live".. I`m not kidding, that`s the way it was. The only thing I can compare it to, is a starving kid begging for food. It was constantly on my mind until I finally lost my virginity at 15, and as far as I`m concerned it it couldn`t have happened at a sooner time. My grades went up and I could finally relax. There is a distinct difference between "abuse" and "sex" believe me. A teenage kid being forced to have sex is abuse . A teenage kid having sex with a beautiful blond is not! That`s relief! If God didn`t want 13 year old boys to have sex, he wouldn`t put 13 year olds through extreme sexual desire now would he? The problem is this country has gone completely overboard by this whole pedophile stuff, they all assume pedophiles are all the evil Michael Jackson types who force themselves on hetero boys which of course is total abuse, but remember, teenage kids aren`t completely dribbling innocent idiots either. To put this teacher in jail for up to 30 years is going totally overboard.

Here is a serious question to contemplate deeply, and you do not have to answer this (And I ask everyone that reads this to take this seriously and reflect personally on it): Do you think your sex experience at such an early age helped or hindered your relationship psychologically, with women, in any way?

It HELPED my experience with women. I know guys who lost their virginity at a much later age and they are so hung up psychologically now you wouldn`t believe it. I know a guy who is still a virgin at 45 if you can believe it, and he told me he is just too terrified about performing when he gets to that point with a woman that he can`t get it up. Think of it this way, when you reach puberty, how you handle your sexual desires then sets in your head how you will handle it for the rest of your life. If you masturbate, you are internalizing your sexual desires rather than learning to give. You are making something that is personal waymore personal than it should be, then when it comes time to make love to a woman, you aren`t use to it and you can have problems. On the other hand, if you have experience with a woman at a very young age, it comes more natural to you and you won`t have so many hang ups. This is not uncommon and why I suspect Viagra is so incredibly popular. Viagra is not popular because men have physical problems, it is popular because they have phsycological hang ups. They are raised to fear sex, to internalize it.."Sex is evil" Sex is the ONLY reason anyone is here today, and to treat it as evil is like saying eating is evil. Of course you have to watch eating as well, but to constantly get this message from society that "Sex is evil" at such an early age can ONLY be damaging in the long run. I mean think about it, when is the last time you heard anything positive about sex in the media? Kids pick that up, and they internalize it, and when they get those sexual feelings they feel it is bad and taboo when it is NOT! Like I said there is a HUGE difference between sexual abuse and sex. Sexual abuse is plain abuse! It has NOTHING to do with sex in the least just like rape has NOTHING to do with sex. Abuse is abuse. Sex is sex. These prosecutors want to send this teacher away for 30 years for doing what? For having sex or for abuse? They are sending her away for having sex NOT abuse. There is NOTHING wrong with what she did in my opinion. If she forced this kid to have sex against his will, then THAT is abuse, but from what I read that is not the case at all. Teenage kids in puberty are not brain dead bumbling idiots with no sexual desires. The prosecution has to consider that. 30 years is outrageous especially when rapists on average do 15. This whole case is all about sexually frustrated assholes, that`s what this is all about. They don`t like it that a teenage kid is doing better than them so they want to make it "evil".

It`s true, I think this all stems down from religion. "The woman must think of England when the man lays upon her". I`m not sure exactly why sex got such a bad rap, I mean even in religion you would think it would be the most celebrated thing, but I suspect it comes from people who were sexually abused at a young age and later on tried to enforce this on other people, this abuse stuff.. "Sex is bad and evil". Sex is so incredibly powerful in peoples lives, I would even say it rules them, yet we constantly deny it, we constantly make it something it is not. It is a necessity, like food and breathing is, it is beautiful, it is why we are here. It was made by God to show that we are all the same and we all need one another, yet it is so horrible to me when I read this stuff day after day after day in the media. "Teacher rapes student" Rapes?? They actually call it rape! Look at Mary Kay Letourneau. She just married that guy yet they still say she "raped" him. Give me a freggin` break! Rape is a crime of violence. It has NOTHING to do with sex! This is like saying "she attempted to stab him to death" when nothing like that occurred. I mean give me a freggin` break!
