Yes, her husband and guardian Michael is suspected to have caused the injuries that damaged her brain. I believe this is why he wants to make sure she is dead, or at least never receive therapy so she never speaks of what happened that night.

BREAKING FRIDAY 2-25-05 at 9:30 am est!!! Can I get confirmation? I called Senate Orrin Hatch's aide this morning in DC and he told me that this morning, Terri was given an additional one week's STAY. (why does Orrin Hatch's office know something that nobody else knows?) My www.sptimes.com had a headline that read "Humbled lawmakers say court is final Judge" Metro & State Section.

It would be nice if someone would tell Floridians what was going on. THE QUOTE BY DANIEL WEBSTER made me sick. "The Court has come up with much better solutions than we have so far." It appears her husband's motivations to have her murdered go beyond mere money. I believe he also wants her dead because he is the one who caused her injury the night she collapsed. This would be the reason why he refuses any kind of therapeutic treatment for her.
