You see, there's a thing called "sovereignty."
Countries have "sovereignty." Your home has "sovereignty." So has your bedroom. I assume strangers are not "free" to enter there, OR are they?
The "freedom" of men is limited or superceded by a declared sovereignty -- subject to invitation or permission.

That is not what our Declaration of Independence says. Perhaps you should read it. It says all men are created equal. It says God gives man the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It calls these statements "truths." You say the laws of the USA supersedes God's law. I believe it is "self evident" you are ignorant of the matters in which you write.
