In addition maybe you make the offending employer pay for the deportation.
That would require gaining a conviction.
JURIES HAVE RARELY, IF EVER, CONVICTED PEOPLE FOR HIRING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
We're back to square one on that. Juries have nullified the laws about hiring illegal immigrants. Even when it's an open-and-shut case, they've acquitted. So, the money won't come from the employers unless you throw the juries out of the mix, and that would open up constitutional questions.
