The cop is lucky that it was a mom that he had to deal with, if it had been me the cop would have been in the hospital. Yeah I realize they would get me for assaulting an officer, but if he made no attempt to identify himself then he is just another citizen assaulting a minor.

2/24/05 Felony Charge Dropped!
As of 13:00 EST today, the charge against "Sarah" has been dropped! Recall that "Sarah" was charged with assaulting a police officer, which is a felony. Needless to say, we are quite pleased. Currently we are awaiting news on the misdemeanor charge against "Tim".
