I went to their website. They are owned by the Tenet Corporation that owns 76 hospitals nationwide. They are continuously buying and selling hospitals, like any large company. They are buying five companies in California now.
What is wrong with the hospital? The website didn't indicate any problems. It is over a hundred years old though. Nothing lasts forever.
