I would be offended if members of a certain political party were openly saying that immigrants from the country of my ancestors were "destroying our neighborhoods", "ruining our culture", "lowering our educational standards", and "threatening our national sovereignty."

You would probably be an illegal alien too, with no business being in this country much less voting in its elections.
