Let's start by not making gratuitous mean spirited hateful statements about Hispanics. I would be offended if members of a certain political party were openly saying that immigrants from the country of my ancestors were "destroying our neighborhoods", "ruining our culture", "lowering our educational standards", and "threatening our national sovereignty."
