I don't think that he killed anybody but if he continued to drive drunk chances are he would have.I don't agree with a life sentence for a third DWI but he should have gotten a few years of prison and a lifetime loss of driving privilege.We don't even give killers or serial child molesters this much time in prison and they really deserve it.

No, maybe the fourth will be the lucky one!!! I mean give me a break, I don't agree that life should be the punishment but frankly nothing short of ten years would make me feel safer.

Did this guy kill someone while driving drunk or did he just get 3 DUIs? A habitual offender DUI is a lot more likely to repeat his offense than a first offense murderer. And either one can make you just as dead.
