Let's call him Tony Venereum.

The behavior itself is the warning. There is no clean homosexuality. Any man who engages in sodomy with another man is playing Russian roulette with TWO bullets in the chambers - every single time.

AIDS is the only major infections disease where we do NOT rush in and try to close off the vectors and protect the rest of the public. This could have been nipped in the bud twenty-five years ago, but how many millions have died because of the gay/AIDS activists?

The objective is to identify the carrier, and to warn his victim.is there a victim here? The victim would seem to be taxpayers who will be tapped to pay for most of the health-related cost of this behavior.

THE SUM AND SUBSTANCE:The anus has capillaries near the surface...Stress easily ruptures them and blood is exchanged.
Being against sodomy by homsexuals is not a religious thing (which is a straw man)...Its a financial thing.
Why do taxpayers have to support the medical expenses of these suicidal and pathetic people? I would rather help normal people who want to live.
To: WileyC
Totally agree. But because it isn't politcally correct we don't quartine these individuals who have HIV/AIDS!!

Enough that it makes you HAVE to ponder why. Are the activists and the liberals in government TRYING to kill the homosexuals off??? Seriously, the new strain is announced, and they come down on those announcing it. Which is preventing the word from getting out. Their support of all this promiscuity is in fact killing off a whole lot of homosexuals, and they have the media helping!!!!
Cynical I know, but I can't help but wonder, it makes more sense than thinking they actually believe they have the right to spread aids!

Taxpayers aren't the only losers.
AIDS doesn't kill directly, it weakens the immune system to the point that other diseases a healthy person would shrug off are fatal. Perverts in the latter stages of AIDS are ideal breeding grounds for all manner of communicable diseases which they spread to normal people through the non-voluntary vectors.
HIV is the first disease in history that has been given civil rights. It is one of the most fragile and difficult to transmit viruses around. The most basic public health measures would have stopped it in its tracks in this country 20 years ago.
But instead, unwillingness to do anything that would offend homosexuals has already killed half a million Americans directly, another million are infected and will die of it eventually, and there is no telling how many ordinary people caught the flu from the dying wreck without an immune system they were forced to ride the subway with.

And still we think we know better.
This has never been a "rights" issue.
It is high time to start rounding them up and placing them in institutions.

Any "normal" society would have said "Stop having anal sex" when AIDS first appeared, but not this one, because AIDS is not a disease, but a civil rights status.
PC triumphs over public health, every time.

And?
Is there a point you are trying to make?
Perhaps you see something wrong with quarantining these people?
Maybe you feel that their "rights" outweigh the rights of their victims.

Homosexual suicide just got more serious and available. Will SF, Hollywood and NYC soon become depopulated?
