Jeb has tried, more than once, I think, as has their Legislature. The problem is the Judiciary of Florida, especially their Supreme Court. (You know, the ones who said it would be fine to do an election recount 17 days after the law explicitly allowed, and that the recount could be done in a few hand-picked counties, and that doing so wouldn't actually be changing the rules of an election after-the-fact.)

"The problem is the Judiciary of Florida"

You nailed it.

And what comprises this judiciary? Ie, who are its members and why are they for murdering our Terri?

Would the judiciary of Florida of, say, 40 years ago have acted the same if that judiciary was comprised of a different demographic? The answer is YES!!

The central, critical issue is immigration and how it and its alien cultures are debasing and diluting are Western-European Christian culture. The worth of a nation is the worth of its demographics.

And, it's gonna get worse before it gets better unless we can arrest and reverse current demographic trends.
