I believe you are mistaken. It sounds more French than Norwegian. There are a lot of folks around Paris and Marseilles with names like that.
And the sad thing is, if these terrorists were not Muslim Arabs and were, instead, blond, blue-eyed Lutherans from Norway, we'd be racially profiling them.
