Looks like Dean didn't get the memo about who is the current Secretary of State. His mind probably froze up on the word secretary, and he thinks Condi is taking dictation for Bush now.

Well, New Hampshire's black population is less than 3%. Its no surprise that Dean's first choice of metaphor was drawn from plantation servants. Very telling indeed.
