"We're here to protest the Second Amendment," Alemao said. "Obviously we don't know how to use guns in this country." Obviously, many high school students don't have a clue as to the meaning and intent of the U.S. Constitution.

Nugent is an outspoken gun advocate and so far right he makes Rush Limbaugh seem like a candidate for the next Kennedy family reunion. Which is why I love the man.

The 17-year-old wore a T-shirt with the president's likeness and the word "LIAR" emblazoned on the front. Posters carried pointed phrases like "Stop Redneck Americans and Cowboy Politicians" and "A Redder Shade of Neck for a Whiter Shade of Trash?" How...liberal.

Posters carried pointed pointless phrases like "Stop Redneck Americans and Cowboy Politicians" and "A Redder Shade of Neck for a Whiter Shade of Trash?" Morons. How about a poster that says "Stop Liberal Americans and Communist Politicians??"

"Police officer Andrea Jennings and another officer moved the high school aged protesters away from the Dome in large part because they were concerned about the kids' continued health."
Why? They might have learned what evolution is all about!
Anyone who does stuff like that is already not healthy in my book.

Misleading headline alert! The story didn't mention what type of weather, but only that Ted was stuck in Michigan due to it. Well, that's a lot different than just blowing off the concert because he didn't feel like it or 1,000 other similar reasons that one thinks of when told someone is A.W.O.L. (Not the poster's fault - the headline comes from the website.)

Personally, I think 'A Redder Shade of Neck for a Whiter Shade of Trash' is a pretty funny slogan. It might become my new tagline. . .

"Stop Redneck Americans and Cowboy Politicians" and "A Redder Shade of Neck for a Whiter Shade of Trash?" "Redneck" is an ethnic slur. These multiculturally sensitive liberals need a lesson in tolerance. Here's a good suggested textbook.

Nugent is a gem and a student of history. He knows if there is inclement weather in Iowa in the month of February and there is a scheduled rock concert, it is best to wait until the flying option is a safe one. Nuge don't need to be singing bye bye Ms. American Pie... in eternity.

I'm curious if they know what the other Amendments are about or if they just know about this one since their parents are probably blathering on about it during their "quality time" anti-American liberal rag fest.

I saw TK two years ago and it was phenomenal. He absolutely brought the house down. A few sets had gone by and all of a sudden chants of USA, USA, USA grew more and more thunderous. He just stepped back, smiled, and said "I'm gettin there" . When he played "Courtesy of the Red White and Blue" the crowd went wild.
He is not a Bush backer but does a ton for the troops. He is one of the few registered dems who are patriotic.
