That's on the Massachusetts tax form also! They are all idiots.

There is a company in sales tax free NH that advertises IN MASSACHUSETTS to come and buy in tax free NH.The Bay State allows that ad,though,and then wants people to declare the taxes on their DOR form.

Madness!

Well, d'uh -- MA. Wasn't there two years a while back when the MA tax forms had a line for income obtained illegally? I think they said it wouldn't be used for prosecution.

What I don't understand about this, is, if you can legally go to NH and buy ciggs, which I know you can, as long as you don't buy over 60 cartons, why isn't it the same for online?? It makes no sense!

I could make a suggestions to these online dealers, but wouldn't post it in a forum, no telling who is trolling. However we can send to relatives in other states, just get them for them and mail them. That is an option for someone who has friends or relatives who live in low tax areas.
