It is time to ask God what He would have us do...
And what should we ask of Our Father?
"Use us to perform Your Will on this Earth".
Be prepared to act.
Seconded.
Well said, Barbara Simpson.
Terri ping!
Praying for Terri and praying The Lord will guide us in what to do next. My trust is in Him.
If that were me I would sure wish my family would let go and allow me to return to my Creator and get on with the life after death. I have had a wonderful life here but I am ready to leave whenever the good Lord sees fit.
Its curious that this article seems to suggest that Terri was physically abused by her husband and that he wants her dead and her family wants to keep her alive. If that is true why were they not involved in her life while she was being abused and why weren't they able to stop it. I don't know the specifics of her case other than what has been written which seems to have a strong bias towards prolonging life at all costs. Life is a wonderful gift from God and I think it is something to be valued and cherished but when it is time to go it should be welcomed and a life well lived celebrated.
My suggestion would be to pray and search for the correct answer and if it is found to be to let her go then they should put there selfish desire to hold on to her aside and let her go on to a life with God that will no doubt be better than the one she had here in light of the circumstances. Death is a natural and not necessarily undesirable consequence of life.

I suggest that you DO find out more about this case before you go talking about natural death. She is not on the verge of death and she is not being kept alive by life support. I work with premature babies as an RN everyday, and many of them must be fed thru feeding tubes because they cannot coordinate swallowing and breathing.
Death by starvation is not natural. Life is a wonderful gift from God and it is something to be valued that Terri's loved ones are willing to take care of her for the rest of her natural life. The love of parents for their daughter is not selfish.
Amen, Bluebird, and thank you for answering. I am almost warn out trying to reason with persons who think murder against the most innocent in our ranks is just hunky-dorey.
As for the poster blaming Terri's parents...no need to go there. There's plenty enough blame to be cast in the direction of the monster(s) who are trying to execute her without a cause. Leave the parents alone who are fighting tirelessly and with great expense for her life. They love her, he doesn't...put blame where it belongs.
Her family is ready and willing to provide the therapy and care, but I believe her husband has ulterior motives for keeping Terri unable to speak.
Let's remember that starvation when your organs are not shutting down is a very painful way to die. Terri is not in a coma. She will feel it. Why is it that animals seem to have more "rights" then Terri does. Floridas state constitution says "All natural persons, female and male alike, are equal before the law and have inalienable rights, among which are the right to enjoy and defend life and liberty, to pursue happiness...No person shall be deprived of any right because of race, religion, national origin, or physical disability." The fact that a Circuit Judge continues to ignore Florida statutes does not change the state constitution.
http://www.theempirejournal.com/all..._florida_of.htm As far as the abuse and where were the parents back then, parents can be amoung the easiest to hide those things from.
As I've said in other threads, I almost died from dehydration (illness related). It is unbelievably horrible.
It would help if Mel Gibson who made The Passion of the Christ, and who visited St. Lucia of Fatima help us.
There is a Fatima connection, and I believe in my soul that God will punish Florida and the United States if Theresa Schindler is murdered by these demons from hell.
We need star power like Jim Caviezel to come to Clearwater, Florida and explain entire story. While there show them the image(what remains) of the Holy Mother(here's picture)

BTW: St. Luica of Fatima died on Feb 13th, 2005.

> EXACTLY CORRECT!
Except for one important little detail. Barbara stated: "She cannot swallow.".
How many family reports and medical affidavits are there which observe that Terri doesn't drool and has been spoon-fed in the past? She can swallow. And that makes what Greer, HINO and Felos are doing even more heinous. This is an unprecedented full-fledged cover-up for what all three of them know is a fabricated position.
Gov. Bush, your duty to take action and save Terri is overdue!!
That is easy to say. She was living her life with her husband at the time not running to mom and dad with accusations against her husband. Few people share with their parents or friends that they are being abused, especially if they have hope of overcoming their difficulties. Right or wrong, most people do maintain such hopes.
The X-rays that revealed the multiple broken bones wasn't taken until a few months after she collapsed. As the article says, Judge Greer refused to allow the X-rays as evidence of abuse, so it is obvious from that that her parents did try to do something about it when they became aware of it. Terri's husband, his lawyer and the Judge involved have done all they can to suppress that inquiry.
You have that right! I wouldn't be at all suprised if FL is on this track due to the huge number of retirees there. I plan to check TX law immediately. How can anyone do this without a written directive of the person in question--relying on hearsay? Not to mention, a conflict of interest? Hearsay isn't allowed in any other legal proceeding, why this?
