I still don't understand why he just doesn't divorce her and get on with his life and let her parents take care of her. How he can do this I can't understand. If he has a conscience at all, he should have nightmares for the rest of his life.

How would you like to walk into a doctors office or the place he now works and have him hand you the form to fill out?
