I heard so apologist for Terri's husband on a talk radio show last week say that it is out of his hands--that he (Shiavo) doesn't have control and if he were to object to them removing the feeding tube, then HE would be in contempt of court and would get in trouble--- In one of his interviews, I recall Michael saying that same thing. LIAR.
