We don't have to even wait for this 'investigation' to begin to already know the conclusions of it, they will seek to pin blame on the crew of the Chicoutimi, completely exonerate anyone and everyone in Ottawa, and except for a few minor criticisms of Uncle Tony's Used Sub Shoppe, the officers will be taking it up the wazoo.

Why couldn't Canada be happy with the three non-diving, non-sailing submarines they had? Why did they need to buy four more? Weren't they happy with these three dead subs, that have been tied up in Halifax Harbour for years?

Sub skipper seeks legal advice

LOL! I thought he was posting one of those "Seeking Freeper Legal Advice" vanities. I'm sure plenty of folks would have obliged him.

My father in law was a tug skipper in Halifax Harbour for years (The Foundation). Once I went on a job with him. As we approached Dartmouth Yard, he said "there is one of our subs." Later as we came back into the Halifax side (dry dock), he said "and there is the other". Obviously as a master sea man (and tax payer), he was none to impressed.

Why does Canada have a sub?

Why don't they do something useful like expelling the arab muslim terrorists that fill their country?

Oh, I forgot, it's like all good man, like bong down and be a UBC sociology student and hang at the nude beach, cuz, like it's all good ya know.

--> Answer: Canadians have Subs so us Americans can tow them behind our nuclear powered ships with fishing string.

Britain could not believe her luck when we sold them. They were always junk. I do not think we used them much at all.
It is sad that people were hurt though. Canada should have done its research a lot better.
