and the Nassau County police maintains their main focus as traffic enforcement and giving out tickets for talking on cell phones while driving. I hardly ever go to Roosevelt Field anymore, especially on evenings and weekends - it looks like a scene out of the movie Colors.
I don't like the crowds there. I go to Fortunoff Mall or a small store. Roosevelt Field is expensive and overrated to me. When I was the fire department, all the MS-13 action was pretty much at night because most worked during the day. Unless the politicians stop kissing ass, this problem is only going to get worse. No one cared about it before, but now that they're way out in suburbia, I suppose it's now important.
