Excuse you! As a Samoan, tattoos are a part of the culture. Obviously, you'd be too offended to ever come over to my house. LOL!
Fine. But the young people I referred to are not Samoan. Tattoos and body piercing are not part of their cultureif anything, they are a statement against their traditional culture.
When I see middle-class American kids emulating gang members in their clothing, their tattoos, their speech, and their entertainments, I wonder what has gone wrong.
