So it shouldn't matter one whit to you,that HB1 people take the IT jobs and/or there is outsourcing.In other words,you should stop complaining about all of it.You can't have it both ways! :-)
start talking to some people. just use my one example - talk to some engineers working in US industry with children of college age, and ask them if they would send their kids to engineering school. instead of mindlessly denigrating me, do something.
the problem feeds on itself - as I have explained. offshoring and the visa systems have made the field less attractive (wages, job stability, etc), so less americans enter into it or stay with it. all I am saying is - this is what your headhunter friend is seeing if he is complaining that there are no applicants (your assertion).
