I suppose they're probably talking about "Iranian" terrorist-hirelings that they may have deployed all over the world (possibly even the United States), but the US gov needs to separate a few real threats from all the bluster that the world's thugs engage in.

No doubt that's what the mullahs have been relying on to keep their citizenry in line all this time, too. If the average Iranian thinks that earthquakes are supposed to signify future events, it's no wonder.
