Are as the angels of God in heaven.
Jude verse 6: And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
These angels are not in heaven but in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. The angels that are presently in heaven will never leave their first habitation as they know better. Apparently it was a test these angels failed as did the many that followed Satan, then Lucifer into damnation.

You would think an angel designed directly by God would "know better" before he got hammered.
