Ha - right now no one protests speeding tickets because they're relatively cheap and not worth the trouble. Certainly rarely worth the trouble of a lawyer.

But if you raise them by 4 or 5 times, well then people start thinking "I really should try to get out of this...". And guess who they hire? The #1 traffic attorney firm in Virginia, Albo and Oblom.

You'd better believe the smart guys hire a lawyer and challenge speeding tickets ~ particularly if they drive for a living.

It would appear from the tone of your response that you didn't know about points. You might check with the State Police on that one. Bet they laugh, and laugh, and laugh.

BTW, you get points for violating the HOV lanes too!
