Ann, is my hero!

No matter how hard I try to say, awwwwwww, perhaps lower-key would be better... I slap myself and and leap from my chair screamin' GO ANN!!

If *only* she could clone her 'juevos' gene, toss in a gift basket, and send to each Republican in office or thinking of running... (with a handful of exceptions......pardon the pun).

I caught that! Maybe a bunch of commies and left Muslims ambushed C-SPAN? All I can add is that there is a currently small Spanish-speaking bar that has the best tacos and burritos you ever tasted near the western edge of San Fernando that loves her. Oh, they understand what she says. It's 10 miles east of me across 2 freeways and if I'm on the road and hungry and a weekend, that's where I go. About 2 miles from the San Fernando Mission. Those guys would put her on their shoulders and parade down the street! I'm just a gringo with funny Spanish- because it's Castillian.

I'm listening to the replay laughing my head off. Ann is so focused and comfortable in listening to the inept arguments of liberals and then effectively categorizing them into "God-complex"--want to control you life; "immoral"--want to kill babies.

I really enjoyed seeing her out the liberals on their views: "Are you in favor of taxes?" "Are you in favor of abortion?"

Brian Lamb really plays a straight man to Ann. She'll make an outrageous (but true) point and he'll react very little. I wonder where he's coming from?

I notice Ann seems hyperactive--she not only moves a lot, but she moves quickly. She strikes me as a very high energy person.

Ann did say, somewhat coyly, that if the Republicans don't do something about immigration, she'll have to start criticizing them. I think she's held off on this in the name of party unity.

She got a zinger in, after a long boring liberal caller without a point, they had a conservative caller and she said "I bet you have a question"--and he did.

Brian asked an intelligent question about funding Arab countries, given their violent discrimination against women. Ann pointed out invading Saudi Arabia is not easy because there are no clear "good guys" to turn the country over to.

Now over to the CPAC thread and find out what she says there!

Lamb should get into the poker craze. He's got a poker face that could win him big bucks. I've watched him for several years and never seen one iota of an indication as to what his politics are. He's the epitome of objectivity and fairness in journalism.

Years of doing what he does has probably made him as cynical as can be, and that tends to lead towards moderation, apathy or indifference, but if I had to guess I'd say he leans slightly to the right.

I heard the excert of her on Rush's show. Then I saw her answering calls on C-SPAN. Yup, she's a firecracker. Brian Lamb is good too; letting people go open-looped about whatever. He has a skill there, somewhere:)

Brian Lamb has an aura of professionalism about him. I guess he wants to draw out whatever guest he has on. Maybe he is immune to DC politics after many years and has seen it all? Until Ann.

Did you see when she told both Brian and the tech crew she wanted questions from liberals without long statements? At the end of the show, Brian Lamb said Ann could come back to answer calls only from liberals that had a question! Let's see if they let her back in!
