And I would like to point out here that I don't believe Jackson ever said he had "vitiligo".
I believe this started when he did that interview with Oprah Winfrey and told her he had a "skin condition" (or some general phrase like that), and the enabling kooky MSM hunted up the condition vitiligo and has claimed that's what he had ever since.
Going by memory and not interested enough to research it. The bleach story rings true, for sure.
