Is there some cause for concern about another tsunami?

Would something like this cause a tsunami or is it too small. I know it would be nothing like the big tsunami that hit Indonesia since that was caused by a huge 9.1 earthquake. But would it cause any waves that would cause any damage, or would it cause nothing real noticeable?
