Is there a group with an alternative explanation that also has wide popular support? If so, then ask them to propose another sticker. So, the standard is popular support? I read recently that 40% or so of Americans believe that a bullet leaving a curved barrel will continue to move in an arc. Should we disclaim Newton's Laws, too?
