Hanoi Kerry is lucky tha Karl Rove is not in the US Senate!
Judging by the way that even our current administration protected Clinton from further charges and investigation, I suspect Kerry may well be allowed to retire and disappear. But that does not mean I like it.
If he tries again, his butt is grass. He should have been mowed a long time ago. He is hiding under the Carter pardon and they don't want to open that can of worms.
