Actually for the 2008 election the GOP will be in blue. The red/blue rule is that every four years the color of the incumbent changes. So whoever wins in 2008 will be red in 2012; whoever wins in 2012 will be blue in 2016, etc.

I don't know if we ought to take that direction.

My red suit is at the cleaner's. I'll pick it up tomorrow.

BTW Anyone know if the yellow ribbon bumper stickers are available as a metal pin?

Sure beats those yellow ribbons. Who thought that up? Yellow is a nasty color, associated with cowardice and lately with hostages.

This is something DUers were doing as an antiwar protest.

I made a conscious effort to never wear red on Fridays because they'd all post about how many people in the office were ~with~ them.
