Denied, overruled, it ain't gonna happen.

What if Jeb Bush were to order that somebody be sent to the hospital to supervise oral feeding of Terri when the tube is removed? There is no statute authorizing the refusal of oral food and hydration, and refusal to allow it could be the basis for an immediate removal of Terri from Michael's control. Although Michael could probably immediately file suit to have Terri returned, I don't think it would take very long for Jeb Bush to produce clear and compelling evidence that Terri's condition has been wilfully misrepresented.

Yes there is. This was in response to Terri's brother and sister trying to feed her some pudding in 2001.

“I don’t want anyone trying to feed that girl”, Greer thundered from the bench in 2001,“the law of the case is that she is going to die”

They were then promptly denied visitation rights.
