Oh, I agree completely. In fact, I'd like to see advertisers recognize that some people are serious and do some serious advertising, rather than the noxious crap they try to feed us.
I'm watching a lot less TV these days, and watching movies, insted.
We've been watching the "Horatio Hornblower" series that A&E put out a few years back. Our county library has them all on DVD. Outstanding films. A&E's "Scarlet Pimpernel" series was good, too.
