I have been critical of Hannity for some time.

So is it now that he has his own blog and is insecure because many others have more reasoned opinions that he a reason why I should now hold my opinion of him?

Sorry. My opinion of him is still that he he playing talk show host w/o really having the stuff to do it. His real objective (and I am OK with that) is to sell himself - not inform.

I disagree with your assessment of Hannity. I have listened to him almost from the beginning and I see a person who is getting better all the time. Like any profession, you have to work at it, learn from your mistakes and grow. He is at a disadvantage when it comes to being informative because he follows Rush on most of his stations. By the time Hannity comes on Rush has already covered the news of the day from the conservative angle.

Where Sean informs the listeners is through his guests. Having interviews regularly with Newt, Mark Levin, Dick Morris, Zell Miller, etc. is one thing I like. I believe in the end the marketplace will dictate which talkshow hosts survive and which ones fall by the wayside. Listeners (especially those who listen to conservative talk shows) aren't stupid. If Hannity, or even Rush, start to get lazy and slide they will not last too long.
