FReeper Gunny Bob Has Reports Confirmed By CIA's Goss And FBI's Mueller

Posted on 02/17/2005 12:02:29 PM PST by GunnyBob

The Gunny strikes again.

In the spring of 2004, Bob Newman, aka Gunny Bob of the "Gunny Bob Show" on Newsradio 850 KOA and a frequent guest analyst on the FOX News Channel, stunned the world by reporting that North Korea was developing a nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile that could reach the United States.

In testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on 15 Febraury 2005, Porter Goss, the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), confirmed the Gunny's report.

And three years after the Gunny began reporting FBI surveillance of al Qaeda cells within the United States, FBI Director Robert Mueller, also in testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on 15 February 2005, confirmed the Gunny's reports.

Gunny Bob's reports included details on precisely where and what types of targets the al Qaeda reconnaissance cells were collecting intelligence on, including potential targets in Houston, Los Angeles, Alaska and Philadelphia.

Ah, I knew I could get you to use profanity. Well done. The proverbial they say that profanity is the tool of the illiterate. Well, I say that whatever a**h*** said that S*** is a stupid a**l***** and a dumb...well, you see what I mean.

Again, lad, read. I broke the story on how the NKs had moved from the hopeful stage to the deployment stage. You are clearly unaware that a lot must happen between the two.

For example, in the 1980s the Iranians decided they wanted nukes. Now they are close to getting them.

Get it?

How some people think that twisting words can make their argument stronger amuses me greatly, as does how these days everyone who knows what Google is thinks they are special.

Gotta go. Have fun. Watch out for the black helicopters.

You keep modifying the story, Bob.

And the North Koreans have been doing a pretty robust ICBM flight test program since 1996, which you would know about if you read Gertz's stuff (which, BTW, is probably where you plagirized the report from).

How some people think that twisting words can make their argument stronger amuses me greatly, as does how these days everyone who knows what Google is thinks they are special.

Yeah, Bob. You demonstrate those traits to a tee.

Quite the little attitude, isn't it? Wow.

He must think Woolsey is a conspiracy theorist too since he believes in the Iraq connection to the OKC bombing.

And his condemnation of Emerson speaks volumes. He must be jealous. Emerson is one of the first people the FBI called after 9/11. I note they didn't call this blowhard.

And so rude. It's always interesting to me that when people accuse posters of using crack, etc., it's probably because they are the guilty party. LOL

Quite the lovely attitude our little friend has, isn't it? Sad.

Oh, Gertz is the absolute best. Just finished his excellent book Treachery.

It's no coincidence, imo, that Gunny's way overdriven his self-promotional instincts (which he needs in his business) on the heels of all the "Hannity! Hannity!" clap-and-slap-fest that's gone on around here lately.

I think you're right, bvw.

I've never seen someone take such an attitude so quicly over nothing. Must be a real charmer.

And condemns a freeper for using profanity but he himself accuses people of using crack. That's always a surefire sign of an unstable mind.

This from a man whose own links (limited though they may be) about Saddam's links to terrorism all could have come from Google. And probably did.

DITHF was the first thing that came to mind when I read GunnyBob's pompous, condescending drivel. GunnyBob, though, really has problems with delusions of grandeur. (I'm suspecting a real medical condition). DITHF was merely a hoax.

This kind of jumped out at me:

A federally certified hostage survival instructor, Mr. Newman is a decorated, retired parachute- and combatant-diver qualified United States Marine with extensive, global operational experience in reconnaissance, special operations, counterterrorism, counterguerrilla warfare, and wilderness survival, and is a ground combat veteran.

You would never catch a Marine describing himself as "ground combat veteran."

And there's no such thing as "combatant-diver" qualification.

And the rest of the resume is puffery intended to make him look like Rambo.

He's a "Pogue Warrior."
