[I don't think I have ever seen the farthest left liberal trashed this bad.]
And aren't some of us proving his assertion ? Nevermind all this attention he is getting. In his defense, he clearly stated there are many good freepers. So does the reaction come down to our own self-perception of being one of the good 'Freeps' or one of the those who 'eat our own' ? Or is this merely a jump on the bandwagon mob reaction ? Even if you do not like Hannity, he is a conservative, are we not providing him ammunition to back up his comment ?
Personally, think it was an innocuous and self-serving comment on his part. Do you really think he didn't know it might cause a little uproar ? From the looks of this thread, it looks like he succeeded.
If we are not careful, we could end up doing what the left/democrats have done, become a fractured and divided group. My advice, unsolicited of course, don't lose sight of political reality, to continue advancing the conservative agenda, we need unity. We do not want to become the new coming of the democrat party and be intolerant of dissent among our own ranks. Let the left stay divided while we stay united.
It's unfortunate for Sean that he referred to FR so negatively on the very same day that ABC's online blog praised this site.
ABC's blog said that Democrats have learned to use bloggers but no one beats the Freepers, not even Kos.

Sean's timing sort of reminds me of Al Gore's. Lousy.
Yep.
United We Stand.
I think some folks need to calm down.
If not thick skinned enough to take a few cuts, than perhaps those same people ought to reconsider before they open their mouths and trash Hannity and the rest. Some people, certainly not all, are being quite hypocritical given their prior conduct toward Hannity.
I think he was too broad in the cut and very lame to promote his own website in the midst of the cut. In the end who cares. Is anyone going to leave because of his opinion? No. Are people going to come here to check the site out because of him? Yes. He's getting boosts in his little self promotion and FR will get boosts from the little stunt.
Could there be a Hannity -- Gannon -- Clinton Connection?
Hannity's comment about FReepers eating one's own taken to a higher level:
GOP eating their own
DNC/Clintons eating GOP.
One wonders, in light of how Mr. Gannon was just treated, whether this carefully-planned event was in fact a Hannity response to some sort of offer he "couldn't refuse" and packaged to LOOK like a commercial pitch.
Meanwhile, remember that there are those who are watching this very thread, licking their chops and looking for NEW ammo. Please, all, let us be extremely wise with minimal comments and REFUSE to eat our own--including, usually, Hannity.
Let's focus back on what other scandals are happening. This is not a fatal wound to FR. It is a typical MSM/DNC diversionary/divide-and-conquer tactic to hurt an important GOP/Conservative resource. Let's refuse to let this happen.
I smell a Clinton/Dean/McAuliffe/Soros/DNC/??? Rat in ALL of this.
