bad shrimp inside and a big head outside
Not at all. However, Sean's observation is that this is happening less and less on FreeRepublic. When he said that some FReepers have gotten so that they, "even eat their own" I think he has a valid point. I've seen it happen.
Based on a single self-serving comment from Hannity?! Nawww...even if they wanted to jettison us, which I doubt, I don't think they could pull it off. FReepers are here to stay!!
FReegards...MUD
"Environmentalists also have argued that since the United States is the largest emitter of CO2, the greenhouse gas of primary concern, it should take the lead in reducing emissions of greenhouse gases. Unfortunately for their argument, it turns out that the U.S. is in fact a leading "air filter." According to an October 16, 1998, article in Science, North America removes more carbon (about 2 billion tons) from the atmosphere than it emits (1.5 billion tons) each year. One reason is the tremendous regrowth in the eastern U.S. of forests that act as carbon sinks, removing CO2 from the atmosphere."
Thanks again.

LOL. Wear pajamas and sneakers, coffee in left hand when you get your paper in the morning...... and you qualify.
that's Levin
Here's a link to Rush's bash of FR: Thanks To You Rush, This "Average Freeper" is Boosting MY Donation To Free Republic !!!!!
Hey bts...how do you come down on this Hannity thing??
Where's the list of:
Hannity Favorite Teenage Female Callers
yeah..that was the one I was referring to. 2001...how time flies. I thought it was just a year or so ago.
Thanks for pointing that out. Some FReepers did the same thing to Rush as they are now doing to Sean.
Thereby, making Sean's point valid, IMO.
p.s. I am not saying that people cannot express their displeasure at his comments. I'm just saying, "why are so many turning on Sean (attacking) because he made a valid observation about some FReepers?"
Dont forget, when Hillary was just toying with the idea of running for the Senate, Hannity claimed HE would be in the front lines protesting her, following her around, making sure the world knew who she was and what she was up to.
Hannity NEVER once showed up for the Freeps we did of Hillary.
Not One!
Cicero, I think you've got your mind set on an opinion, serviced to your own political ideology, and nothing is going to change it, not even mounds of data. I am an engineer so I do know about science, I am fluent in the logistics of data collection, and what I'm seeing does indeed point to the consensus conclusion. If you're not willing to take the conclusion of a metereologist (and one of our own at that), we're just going to have to leave it at that.
The problem with Hannity which has been well documented on this thread, is that his show just isn't that good, especially after listening to other talk shows during the day. He completely lost it on election day, believing the exit polls, he should have known better. Personally, I enjoy listening to Bill Bennett, Laura Ingraham and Hugh Hewitt.
I accept your apology.
You wouldn't happen to know where I can find that, do you? A keyword, maybe? I can't find it. Do you remember how long ago that was? I would estimate about 6 months, but that's just a guess. Was Sean the main topic of the thread?
Ahhhh grasshoppa.....the Left has effectively used ridicule against conservatives for decades (entertainment industry, academia, etc.,).
Don't slight the power of ridicule.....we conservatives may be slow to catch up, but when we do.....look out. Its a powerful tool I don't want to leave out of my kit.
Well, I think his little display yesterday showed me something I really did not expect from him. It was SMALL, if you know what I mean. It was catty, and served him poorly.
I can't listen to him for more than about ten minutes because of his nasal voice and relatively vacant mind, but I do understand that he was a substantial help getting G.W. elected.
No matter though, yesterday he made clear a petty side of himself that some had not seen so clearly before.
****
By the way, Sean comparing his level of thinking and his new "board" to FR is like a utility player for the early '60's Mets comparing his baseball skills to Ted Williams in his prime!
LOL.
Ditto to your observation.
I acknowledge his help in the election but can't watch him and the skull for more than a quick drive by clicking.
