Dailam is in the mountainous region on the southwest bank of the Caspian Sea. I don't think it's a city, but a region.

The port city of Dailam with an area of 2022 Sq Km is situatet in the northern eend of Bushehr province, and on account of its extent, it is considered as the seventh city of Bushehr province.
