Police enforcing the law should not be dependent on the will of the administration of the college.

And don't think for a moment that these anarchists don't know that they can get away with breaking law as long as they are exercising their "rights" at the same time.
...that works for ME.
YES!! Thanks for posting - thanks for the heads up DBR!
True, but often times, police will do even respond to certain things that are in the media or known in advance until someone complains.
To a certain extent, I don't blame them because if no one really cares about loud noise, zoning violations, trash in yards, animals roaming free, illegal parking of vehicles, etc. the police have enough things to do to keep themselves busy. When someone then complains, and pushes the issue, then they almost have to do something, even if it is just filing a report on the complaint.
In this particular case, I would have expected the police to act, except it is PC Seattle. Because of the anit-war and PC orientation of Seattle, the Seattle Police may have been hesitant to act without a complaint. Had the Police had a complaint, especially from the property owner (the community college), then they would have had a hard time not responding in some fashion.
exactly
GOOD!!
"On Nov. 29, 2004, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, by a 2-1 ruling, held the Solomon Amendment "unconstitutional" because it violates the First Amendment rights of law schools and their professors, that is, their rights of speech and association"
Does the constitution apply to individual rights or organization rights as this appears to suggest?
