Well I checked the America Blog tonight for the latest ....They are saying Gannon was at a press conference before Talon News was up and running ...any thoughts?
No, I have no thoughts on that. I have no idea when Talon News started. I do think Gannon starting attending in the spring of 2003 and I'm confident he met whatever standards other entities who got the same type of pass meet.
I doubt that this is strictly true. Perhaps Talon's web site wasn't up, perhaps Gannon got in on the strength of the subscriber list. Perhaps Gannon lied to get in. I have no idea.
It STILL isn't a big scandal, no matter how hard they try to make it one.
