- Eason had evidence that what was saying was actually true, was supressing such evidence rather than airing int on CNN, and yet still felt free to talk about it.
- Eason was lying, giving aid an comfort to America's enemies in an international forum.
Either way, it means that he is unfit to be a newsman at all, and possibly that he was acting in a criminal fashion.
