The Bearss family used to have a private school in North Jackson called coincidentally Bearss Academy....over off Manhattan Drive.
K-4 or something like that.
My little bro went there before Casey. He went to St James before Bearss I think.

WD--He also wrote a book that my dad owned when I was a child called,
Rebel Victory at Vicksburg. Dad said it was an entertaining and well-considered counterfactual history.
