Sounds like my Grandma - she's 80 and still kickin'. Never smoked, never drank, never flew - and never drove! She's had a very happy life filled with joy and no destructive vices to drag her down.

Grandmother made cooking look so easy! I have no common sense when it comes to cooking. It's disasterous.
My other grandmother had a cook (deep south Ga now), who's sit in the corner (never at our table) and eat the fatty portions of the meat. Used to make me gag, and she lived into her 90s.
Good living, fresh air, rising at sun-up, and reading the Bible.
